Ingredients:

1. 150g Oatmeal
2. 1,5 Measuring spoons (45g) Pure Elite bio Protein powder
3. 1 Egg
4. 2 Tablespoons Backing powder
5. Skim Milk
6. 10 - 15g crushed Almonds

Preparation:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees (top and bottom heating elements)
2. Mix ingredients 1 to 4 in a bowl with a fork
3. Add a bit of milk until you achieve a consistency where the dough allows you to form cookie balls.
4. Placing some baking paper on a baking pan and distribute the cookie balls evenly and then press using a cup to achieve the desired cookie form
5. Spread the almonds over the top of the cookies.
6. Place the tray in the oven for around 15-20 minutes. Then are your Protein cookies finished! Enjoy!
