The Cologne List offers for the assessment of individual products informative content:

• Laboratory analysis of individual batches* at the Centre for Preventive Doping Research at the DSHS Cologne

The analysis of individual product batches provides specific results. Products are tested for known anabolic steroids, pheromones and stimulants. The results always relate only to the particular batch tested. The lot number and the expiration date are therefore correspondingly published.

• Voluntary self-reporting by the sports nutrition manufacturer

The self-assessment is to give you an idea of the possibility of contamination in the production, processing and distribution process. The information published here is confirmed by a contact from the respective manufacturer of the products tested. This voluntary self-reporting is not verified by the OSP Rheinland.

• Comments from the manufacturer

The comments of the manufacturer were also confirmed by the signature of a contact person of the company. These comments are not verified by the OSP.

The inclusion of sports nutritional products in the Cologne List is no guarantee that the product is 100% free of pheromones, anabolic substances or stimulants. The risk of doping, however, is significantly minimized. The assessment of the doping risk is up to you as an athlete.
